Founder's Message

This is a group passionate about science, about clinical application of the latest techniques in the treatment of patients, but mainly for the sharing of knowledge throught our community. Regarding sharing, there should be no limits or barriers to the development of new techniques, new methods and new treatments for patients. Our technical and scientific development only makes sense if the result is reflected in the patient's well-being.

This journal's main objective is to reach not only experienced researchers, but also clinicians who often have no voice in the scientific world and who have so much to say about their experiences. Scientific organizations like our have a duty to give voice to these clinicians.

To achieve our goal, we have a team of clinicians, teachers and researchers from around the world. It is a team that is growing with the entrance of new members who identify with our values and objectives.

Like most journals, we aim not only to receive submissions of scientific papers for publication, but also to invite experienced clinicians, teachers and researchers in our fields of action. In order to maintain maximum rigor, despite scientific works received from invited people, all scientific works will undergo through Double Blind control.

The JSPIR is published online half-yearly and aims to publish original articles in the fields of oral surgery, implantology, periodontology and oral rehabilitation, with a strong clinical component. Articles considered for publication are: clinical research, clinical applications, technology, proceedings of pertinent symposia or conferences, quality review papers, and matters of education related to these fields, as well as letters to the editor.

I wish that all enjoy and at the same time participate actively with us in the scientific and clinical sharing throughout our community.

“Grow with us, as we grow with you and let's tell the world what we have learned.”
